Wayne Shorter - The All Seeing Eye LP - Blue Note 4219 - Mono NY USA.

This is a Blue Note Records Recording before they became Liberty Records owned. Please note the label for verification purposes.
Obtained from a gentleman whose father had an extensive Jazz 78s and LPs collection dating from the mid-1940s until the late 1970s. All of the Blue Note LPs are from the 1960s, though. Grading on the record is VG++ with only a light scratch evident on Side 1 and Side 2 each with the cover being VG+, I think, with three of the four corners being rounded/worn. Also, there is a small dent on the left side of Shorter's left eye on the cover, but otherwise in very good condition. Backside is clean with no stains.
Both sides are engraved with the following letters/numbers:
Side A (or 1) - "BLP 4219 A" and "VAN GELDER"; and Side B (or 2) - BLP 4219 B.

Great care will be taken in packing the LP.
Van Gelder is inscribed on both sides of the record.
