Description
This is an original 1959 copy of "We Are The Chantels" (END Mono LP-301). This is one of the rare early pressings that has the date etched into the dead wax: "11/17/58" (see photo). Vinyl has a few light scratches and scuffs that do not adversely affect play, but create some background noise. There are absolutely NO loud pops, NO skips, and both sides play through fine. This is a great listening copy that grades VG.
The cover exhibits no fading, no seam splits, and only very minor ringwear. The only issue is an address stamped in ink on the lower right of the back cover (see photo). "Music City Inc." may have even been the record store that was originally selling the record in 1959? Overall, the cover grades VG+.
