Description

The "We Are the World" Original Vinyl LP, released in 1985 by Columbia Records, features a star-studded lineup of artists including Michael Jackson, Bob Dylan, Hall & Oates, Ray Charles, Waylon Jennings, Billy Joel, Kenny Loggins, Willie Nelson, Diana Ross, Bruce Springsteen, Tina Turner, Stevie Wonder and various other artists.



This first edition collector's item is pressed on 12" vinyl with a multicolor design, showcasing its unique sound and style inspired by Africa. Produced by Quincy Jones, this stereo LP includes original inner and cover sleeves, making it a must-have for fans of world music and 1980s era recordings.



The record is in very good condition with minimal scratches but not unplayable.  Overall good condition. Includes a magazine article written by "On Cable Magazine" regarding the historical recording in May 1985, same year as recording date.
