Description

My Uncle's left me a box of jazz records. I don't have a turntable so I can't say how the records sound. If they look well used I will describe what I see.
This looks in very good shape, both sleeve and vinyl.
Originally released in June of 1957 on the Prestige Records label (Prestige 7106), Webster Young's 'For Lady' contains some of the most enduring, seductive, enigmatic and tasteful music from that "golden period" of American jazz.....the cover photo and design says it all.

The copy I am offering was a limited edition pressing (of 3,000) released in 1986 by Fantasy Records (OJC 1716) in California. They sourced the original Mono masters for this issue and the results are..... PHENOMENAL. The remastering was beautifully and carefully done to capture all the nuances and detail of the original Prestige release from almost 60 years ago.
