Mint condition "Weird Al" Yankovic - Placebo EP. Released in 1981 on Al's own fake record label, hence the "Placebo" name. Only 1,000 were made, The first song also appears on Al's first album, but the last three songs are "demo" versions of the songs that do not appear on the first album, so there's a bit of Al-history and rarity with this EP too. Even the catalog number 3626 is Al's old street address.
