Jacket Condition: Well cared for w original inner sleeve as seen; Respectable piece graded MID range, at VG+ (Very Good Plus) ; my middle of the road, a solid presentation, very nice cover of heavy cardboard construction ; light nicks edge & bends, but nothing bad; nice original nonsmoking environment no odd odors whatsoever, no seem openings I can detect: Solid VG+ Cover Grade 

Visually Vinyl is very crisp & clean, under direct light indoors the disc is Excellent in appearance, I am listening with scrutiny on headset with sound quality very good & I mean there's great fidelity and sound quality is only minor light noise thru very quiet phases. Overall an excellent sound without disturbing loud interference from any felt marks or any major issues, None! I am finishing the final track side 1 & overall I see this record as an EX or VG++ (Excellent Grade, Side 1)

Label Side 1, light scuff to label side 1 on deepgroove as if a very slim piece of the paper label has worn, very minor issue, still excellent in my opinion; doesn't take from the overall aesthetic/ Side 1 lbl grade EX (Excellent)

Side 2 Label Near Mint (Nm), please see above for full sound play condition and grade, pretty much as I am continuing to listen to the record on a headset there are excellent results with very minimal or minor light noise issues in background (practices have proved to me, this excellent sounding piece, has very minor sound quality disturbances, I noticed a faint tick at my highest scrutiny for just a very brief moment, basically a non issue.) I believe Side 2 is also a grade of Excellent (Ex or Vg++)..

BOX & Shipping are fully pro & custom made by hand.  Poly baggy and an inner static free sleeve will be added new to this package and to the separated cover/ vinyl inside sleeves plus cardboard inserts used to sandwich the inside contents. Handling generally is faster than quoted; a small mailing/ handling fee is part of my calculated fee for media or worldwide.
