The Japanese Words "Sample (Not for Sale)" and A Release Date are Printed on Both Labels, A Numbered "Sample" Sticker Is on Back Sleeve.

Disc is EX-EX Minus, Sleeve is EX Minus, A Small Bottom Tab on The Back Part of OBI Strip Has Some Damages Like The Photo # 7.

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
