Here's a rare, new and sealed pressing of Where The Wild Things And other Stories by Maurice Sendak and performed by Tammy Grimes. This was pressed in 1977 in the US by Caedmon (TC 1531).

Condition - The jacket is new and sealed. there is some price tag residue on the front of the plastic, but otherwise everything looks mint under the plastic.

Regarding shipping - I ship quickly using new professional grade materials.

Regarding grading - I try to grade by Goldmine standards. I do not use the grade Mint; on unsealed, opened records. The highest grade I give to unsealed records is Near Mint. Grading here is strictly by sight.
