Description

Rare Black stamp original pressing of Who Live at Leeds. Track Records 2406 001.
Wikipedia states that only the first 300 records were stamped BLACK.
I am not a record collector, just selling my old vinyl which has sat unplayed for far too long. So my description of this album is not made from a professional standpoint. Nor have I tried to grade it.
I bought this record new after seeing the band when it first came out so know that it's original.
So my amateur opinion as to condition is that, visually, the vinyl is very good without significant scratches. Plays very well but has some pops and light surface noise which is apparent between tracks. (There are of course, famously, crackles on this live recording.)
The cover is grubby with some marks, stains and scuffing. But this is apparently not unusual for these crude cardboard gate folds.
Comes with ten inserts which are all in good condition. (Delivery note, court notice, marquee club takings rejection letter Swindon, photo, lyrics, woodstock contract (Wikipedia states only found in first 500 records made), High numbers fees, festival photo, EMI letter). I don't know if there should be any other inserts with this early edition.
The inner white sleeve is in poor condition with splits.
