This is a sealed original recording by Kimberley Briggs (formerly Kim Tolliver, married to Freddy Briggs). This was issued on a private label and a year later re-issued on Fantasy label as 'Passing Clouds'. The recordings may have been modified for the reissue because some of the song times are different. "What in the World's Happening to Love" here is 14 minutes, while only 8:40 on Passing Clouds.
