An Evening With Wild Man Fischer Bizarre Records 6332 (Frank Zappa's label)
Note: Frank and the Mothers feature just on The Taster track
Double album that I have had in my collection for nearly 20 years now.
From a playing perspective this is the cleanest copy I have owned to date.
I have only played this LP set twice since I've owned it. Originally when I bought it on my Roksan Xerxes turntable and again today on a Michell Gyrodec.
The Vinyl / Records
Most people will be aware that the side orders of this album are slightly odd.
Disc 1 is Side 1 and 4 and Disc 2 is Side 2 and 3
From listening again today I would say that Disc 1 has been played more as there is more surface noise that Disc 2. Disc 2 is very quiet between (and during tracks).
Both discs have a great natural sheen to them and play through cleanly.
Labels are good (hopefully this clear in the photos too)
The Cover
Showing signs of age expected for a 46+ year old album
Sticker and glue residue in top right hand side of the front of the sleeve (clear in photos).
Slight yellowing in places (again typical of this sleeve)
Inside sleeves
Apart from slight yellowing in places (I am rather critical) these both look original and in good order.
Me
I like to be honest and hope others are too. I don't like selling my records but sometimes you have too. I believe that my descriptions are as genuine as I can be and like to be over critical.
