Wild Man Fischer, 'An Evening With Wild Man Fischer'.

Original UK Reprise Tri-colour labels 1969 press double stereo LP.
Wild Man Fischer was an American street performer known for offering erratic, accapella performances of "new kinds of songs" for a nickel or a dime on the Strip in Hollywood. Most of his life was spent homeless or institutionalized, and he later became regarded as the godfather of "Outsider Music". Recorded & produced by Frank Zappa, with the earliest A-1 B-1 matrices and A-2 stampers of the very first presses!

  The matt gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light edge/corner wear & some light strorage rubbing and a couple of small indentations on the rear cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, and the plain company inners are in EX condition.   The records are in visually in EX+ condition, with only one or two very faint sleeve removal hairlines on sides A & B and on sides C & D visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with no evidence of spindle markings on each side.   The sound reproduction is still EX+, clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some very brief background noise during the run in grooves, overall it is a really great listen, clear, loud & punchy!   The matrix nos. are; RSLP-6332, A-1 mother stamper A-2, B-2 mother stamper A-3, C-1 mother stamper A-2, D-1 mother stamper A-2. This is one of the very earliest pressings of the original 1969 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!


  All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund on return of the record, no problems!   All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide.   All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!
UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's up to 2KG!
  Will post to Europe (including all EU countries & Russia, Sweden, etc.) and Rest of the World (USA, Japan, Australia, Korea etc.), but airmail is limited to 4 or 5 lp's due to weight restrictions.
