NOTE-Please don't be concerned with my ebay feedback tally. I have
been successfully selling 78s for nearly 40 years. I know how to grade
them, and I know how to package them.


Will Weldon, who often used the name Casey Bill, plays his guitar and

sings "Turpentine Blues" and "Hitch Me To Your Buggy, And Drive Me

Like A Mule" on this very scarce scroll label Victor 21134.


He is accompanied by Vol Stevens also on guitar.


Weldon & Stevens were both members of the Memphis Jug Band on a

good number of their recordings.


These great sides were both done in Atlanta Georgia on October 20,

1927.


The record is in V+ condition. There is a tight crack that extends from

the edge to more than halfway to the end. The crack ticks only faintly,

but unfortunately there is also a heavy groove on the A side which

hangs. There are deep scratches on both labels.
