FRAUD PREVENTION:
ALL records will be marked with an invisible permanent security feature. This is to prevent fraudulent returns. I WILL know, so just don't try it! If the correct marking is not on the record upon return, no refund will be granted and you will be reported to your local police, the FBI and the USPS for FRAUD. 

Payment:

Payment is required via PayPal within 2 days of auction close, unless previously discussed otherwise. If payment is not received in this time, you will be reported to eBay and the item will be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed. This is non-negotiable. I am in the business of moving these records and am not going to sit and wait for you to pay. The longer you take to pay, the longer I take to ship. 
Shipping/Packaging:

Due to the extra cost incurred in shipping this item, there is a $5.00 (priority) flat shipping rate ($4 media mail) to cover insurance and extra packaging. Note I am NOT charging you the actual shipping fee, simply to cover the insurance/packaging/signature confirmation. I ship within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) and I DO NOT ship on Saturdays, so please keep this in mind when bidding. Nothing will be shipped on Sundays or holidays for obvious reasons. I do offer combined shipping on paid services so please keep that in mind also when bidding. Please note I ONLY ship to the United States. All others will be rejected and re-listed!
PLEASE NOTE: THESE RECORDS ARE PACKED BETWEEN (at least) 4 PIECES OF CARDBOARD, INSIDE 2 PLASTIC SLEEVES, WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP AND THEN PUT IN A BOX WITH MORE BUBBLE WRAP! THEY DO NOT MOVE ONCE INSIDE THE BOX. THEY HAVE ALSO BEEN TESTED IN ONLY THE SLEEVES AND CARDBOARD AND HAVE NOT BROKEN WHEN BEING THROWN AGAINST A CONCRETE FLOOR AND HAD 400+ POUNDS OF PRESSURE STOMPED ON THEM. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE HOW THIS IS PACKED THEN DO NOT BUY IT!

Requests:
Please do not request that I package the album a certain way, as all albums are packaged the same way. Also, please check with me BEFORE bidding if you need the package shipped by a certain day/time. I may be unable to accommodate your request if you do not check with me prior to bidding or buying and you may need to select a paid method to receive it in time.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted unless otherwise noted in the auction. Please notify me within 24 hours of receipt with any problems. If an item arrives damaged please let me know and I will take up a claim with the USPS and work out a refund for you, ONLY if proof is provided that the PACKAGE and record are destroyed. If you refuse to show me pictures of everything I request, then I refuse to help you! Also note that ANY full refund requests require the item to be returned at buyers’ expense (not including fully damaged in transit items). These items ARE NOT damaged when they leave, unless stated in the auction.

Grading:

All items are graded by sight alone. There is no guarantee that they play. I grade simply on scratches or other visible damage to the record and cover. I have no way of letting you know if there are any pops, skips, etc. If an album is marked "Sealed" I am assuming it is the original seal, as I am not the original owner, I can not be sure of this. I try my best to show as many scratches as possible in the pictures but it is not possible to get them all.
