Description

Willie West – ‘Willie Knows How’ / ‘It’s No Use To Try’ – Rustone 1406 (US)

No introduction necessary; this is simply one of the finest records out of Louisiana ever. Top copy, basically factory fresh; you wouldn’t come across a finer specimen had you bought it in a New Orleans record shop fifty years ago and kept it under lock and key!  

Condition: Excellent, virtually unplayed; as good as these somewhat primitive pressings go (please listen to the clips). Clean labels (please see scan).

Shipping 2-3 albums (or 2-3 12-inch records): $24.00 within Europe, $28.50 to the rest of the world. Registered and insured shipping (with a tracking number) is an additional US $11.00 per parcel to cover a total value not exceeding $80.00. Shipping from Sweden is traditionally expensive – though I notice the rest of the world is catching up – not least due to the fact that the weight increments are few and far apart, but it’s usually swift and safe.

American bidders, kindly note that shipping to the US is  not US $4.00; this is eBay’s default setting and not applicable as I am based in Sweden. Please use the postage rates above, or wait for my invoice. Thank you!
