This is a very rare record which is virtually unknown by most collectors to exist. Billy Dawn Smith may or may not have been involved with this recording because a version of "Miracle Of Love" was released on an LP as recorded by Donnie Myles and The Dukes in the early 60s, then released on a 45 as by Billy Dawn Quartet. Donnie had previously sang with Billy Dawn Smith (before Billy became a prolific songwriter-most popular for writing all those songs for Johnny Maestro and The Crests) Both sides of this release were co-written by Al Browne, who was the piano player for Billy Dawn Quartet from Brooklyn New York.
The record is in G+/VG- condition, a whole lot of surface marks, but none are finger felt. "Miracle Of Love" side was pressed a little off center, but it's hardly noticeable.
The labels are clean with a little agewear.
To my knowledge, this item was never mentioned in any publication, heard on youtube, or put on any want lists.
Two nice sides, and A true rarity by all means!
