This listing is for a very sought after and rare Boss Reggae/Rocksteady 45 on the Crab (Pama) label. First Pressing CRAB 38
A side - Winston Blake - Big Thing B side - Rupie Edwards - Exclusively Yours
This record has the wrong label on the B side stating that it is The Tender Tones - Nobody Cares
Barcode and Other Identifiers Matrix / Runout (Label A-side): CRAB 40 (1) Matrix / Runout (Label B-side): CRAB 40 (2) Matrix / Runout (Runout Etchings Side A): CRAB40A-1?6 KT Matrix / Runout (Runout Etchings Side B): CRAB40B-2?6 KT
Label is in excellent condition both sides. 4 pronged push out is perfect and no scribbles! (which is rare)
The record is graded VG and plays really well as you should be able to hear from the soundfile.
Personally i prefer the Rupie Edwards B side. 'Big Thing' is a cover of Booker T & the MG's 'Time is Tight' and i don't think it's as good.
Still, it's a very collectable and sought after 45 and commands high prices. This one hasn't seen a lot of action.
