Description
Offered for your consideration is a vintage LP copy of "154" by the band Wire. It is a Warner Bros Promo copy of BSK 3398.
Note - 154 refers to the number of gigs the band had played when this record was released!
Per Wikipedia: 154 is the third album by the English post-punk band Wire, released in 1979 (see 1979 in music) on EMI imprint Harvest Records in the UK and Europe and Warner Bros. Records in America. Branching out even further from the minimalist punk rock style of their earlier work, 154 is considered a progression of the sounds displayed on Wire's previous albumChairs Missing, with the group experimenting with slower tempos, fuller song structures and a more prominent use of guitar effects, synthesizers and electronics.
Condition - Both disk and cover are VG+ to Excellent Disk has no marks, scratches, or scuffs. Disk is in the original sleeve with track list and personnel on one side and lyrics on the other side.
Cover has promo sticker on the front. It is also excellent with no damage, scuffs, or edge bumps. There is a very light brown mark on the back of the cover, in line with the promo sticker is on the front. I think this was from the promo sticker on the album adjacent to it in the shipping box.
