Ok folks, this is the real deal... 
Monetary issues have me selling (unfortunately) much of my beloved record collection, and this is one of the best offerings:  Wire's amazing second album Chairs Missing, 1978 (Harvest SHSP 4093.) Made and printed in the UK. 
The cover is in very good condition, with some ring wear/dirt around edge(s). The inner cardboard sleeve is in mint condition. (See pictures.)  The vinyl itself is clean, shiny and mint. I am the original owner/buyer of this record. It may have been played once?  If you can find a cleaner copy of this out on Ebay - buy it!

CONDITION DESCRIPTIONS

MINT - New/never opened or with no discernable signs of use 

NEAR MINT - Appears new with a few signs of use

EXCELLENT -  May contain minor/light surface scratches or scuffs

VG plus - Surface scratches or scuffs are visible

VG - Playable but has discernable wear or imperfections

G plus - Considerable scratches and scuffs, but still plays. Cover may show moderate wear. 

G - Plays, but may skip. Cover may show severe wear.
