Wire - The Ideal Copy, Sealed Vinyl Copy, Gatefold Cover, Cut Out Copy.
This is a cut out copy. Cut outs were not meant for resale and there are a couple reasons for them. They could have been given to employees or were promo copies for readio station of the like. Another reason we that they didn't sell and were returned to the distributor. There cut outs were to stop them from being resold. Many times the hole pucned of sawed off corner would have been over the barcode.
As mentioned this is sealed. The best reasons to but a sealed records is for a seriour collector or big fan who will leave it sealed. Another good reason is to buy it will the intention of opening it, knowing that you are going to have a pristine copy of the vinyl.
Look at the picturs. You will see that the bottom half of the sticker is worn. If you want more picture of have any questions just send a message.
