Description

For sale is my unopened, still sealed lmited edition box set of the classic 1972 rock album Argus by British band Wishbone Ash.
The album remains a staple of the current touring line-up's live shows with original guitarist Andy Powell.
The set has the remastered original album on LP and CD.
There are also CDs of two live performances from the era with highlights from both on a single coloured vinyl LP.
In addition there is a DVD of some rare TV appearances plus a replica of a non album single, No Easy Road.
A 48 page book in the set features recollections from Powell plus original bass player Martin Turner and drummer Steve Upton.  The box set was strictly limited to 5,000 copies worldwide.    Each copy includes an individually numbered certificate of autheticity with its production run number. I haven't oopened the box so don't know the number for this set. Because of a delay due to covid the album was actually released in 2023 ! The box is perfect with no rips in the shrink wrap. Hype sticker is also A1. Here is the original album track listing: Side A

  1. Time Was (9:42)
  2. Sometime World (6:55)
  3. Blowin' Free (5:20)
Side B
  1. The King Will Come (7:06)
  2. Leaf and Stream (4:07)
  3. Warrior (5:52)
  4. Throw Down the Sword (5:52)
Thanks for looking. Any questions, please ask.
