Original UK 2nd press 2LP released in 1974 on MCA Records. Cat: MCSP254/ MCF2542. Comes in a gatefold sleeve.No surprise in concert was the best way to hear Wishbone Ash, because the studio was just too sterile an environment, at least for their hardest-rocking stuff to take off. Anyone really into the group should own this record.
Tracks : The king will come/ Warrior/ Throw down the sword/ Rock N roll widow/ Ballad of the beacon/ Baby what you want me to do/ The pilgram/ Blown free/ Jail bait/ Lady whisky/ Phoenix. There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Records have some light scuff marks that cause a few light crackles and are in Excellent condition. Cover has light ring wear and marks and is in VG+ condition.
Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
