Description
This is another beautiful early original exotic lp made in Greece on the blue and silver COLUMBIA label #SCXG-74, called: WITH NO REGRETS, This is the first lp by LYKOURGOS MARKEAS, he was one of the prominent composers for the Greek theater. These performances feature lyrics by THANOS SOPHOS, the songs are further strengthened by these 2 Laika artists.: GRIGORIS BITHIKOTSIS, & STAMATIS KOKOTAS, supported by MARY MARANDI. There are 12 tracks, GOD IS MY WITNESS, THE KEYS, IF IT WAS A DREAM, etc. Cover is made of thin cardboard, it has a beautiful photo and graphics on front with shiny lamination. On back is another photo with song titles, notes, etc. Seams and spine are strong NO wear, splitting, etc. also NO bent or pushed in corners, stains, stickers, etc,has only light wear. The lp is near pristine, and looks hardly played, Labels are very clean NO spindle marks, etc. playing surfaces have a deep glossy shine NO groove wear, scratches, defects, warps, stains, etc. On one side I noticed in one area a few light surface scuffs that do not affect play, if you search for the best hard to find Greek pressing lps in the best CONDITION: COVER NM - - / LP NM - - . consider this great find., I played excerpts from both sides, they sounded crystal clear with no distortion or annoying background noise.
