The Beatles
"With the Beatles" PCS 3045
Original 1963 UK 1st STEREO pressing with "You Really Gotta Hold On Me" misprint and "Jobete Mus" misprint on Side 2 label (all later issues have the correct "You Really Got a Hold On Me" title and "Dominion" publishing credit). Cover is the rare 1st pressing high contrast version (see picture for comparison to a standard issue cover. The mono copy shown in photo is NOT INCLUDED with this auction and is shown for comparison purposes only).
Side 1 YEX 110-2, 3 / M stamper code (from the 4th stamper!)
Side 2 YEX 111-2, 1 / M stamper code (from the first mother and 4th stamper!)
Cover NM-
There is no ring-wear / rub-wear and only a few light laminate creases on the front cover. Tight seams, no splits. Spine is intact and readable. Flipbacks on rear cover intact and undamaged (apart from a few laminate creases). No writing on back cover. Virtually no discoloration / age-wear on back cover.
Vinyl NM-
Only a very few light marks, no scuffs or scratches. Vinyl retains it's glossy, shiny finish, except for the final tracks on each side, which don't look bad, but are a little less glossy than the rest of the side. No wear on label, but there is a name written in what looks like a black felt-tip pen on each side. It's very hard to see unless you hold it under a light source. There are some light marks by the spindle hole, indicating it has been played, but was handled very carefully. Comes with original inner sleeve. KT tax code embossed on Side 2 label.
All grading is done visually. If you need me to play-test a specific track, please email me. I try to grade conservatively in the hopes that what you receive will meet (or hopefully exceed) your expectations.
