At first I thought I was going to call this a decent placeholder.
I perused a couple of the post sale sites-
I didn't see this cover. It reads to me "Re:NG...Berlin...64"
Although I tried to show a previous owner traced over part of that area,
my guess is that area is part of the original cover.
Strictly my guess- that it may have been withdrawn.
On the back cover- the last 2 words are Ges. Gesch.
The deadwax #'s should be legible in the pics.
If you know of a similar cover- please use "ask a question"; and I will post it for all to read.
Both the record and cover are in pretty rough shape.
It plays but is really noisy; pops, clicks etc.
It does improve towards the spindle hole.
Cover very worn, seam split etc.
No original sleeve.
99 cents, no reserve, what are you waiting for ;?)
No brakes; no ending early.
I pack well- foreign buyers; I will declare value.

On Apr-03-14 at 10:15:14 PDT, seller added the following information:I recently asked on a popular Beatles collecting forum what was thought of the cover. A very knowledgeable Beatles collector said it was "Reilly", a (probable) previous owner who bought it in Berlin in '64. FYI-Mark
