• Record: VG+VG+ (Side 1 has very faint surface noise. Side 2 have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)   
• Labels: VG+VG+(Side 1 has some pitting , Side 2 has some wear and a couple creases around the center hol)  
• Sleeve: VGVG (Wear along the edges and corners with tape along the bottom and top edges. Some surface wear along the bottom edge. Surface wear on both sides from the record) 

Size:  12"   33 1/3 RPM
