- Record: VGVG+ (Side 1 has few skips on 4th track 1/4 way through w/some popping, otherwise faint surface noise, Side 2 has faint surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have scribbling, which can be seen under a light)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Crease on front from record. Few creases along edges. Bit of wear along edges and corners with a tiny bit of tape on bottom edge. Tiny piece of surface off on left edge on back)
