Here is a MEGA RARE Lp album from my collection offered up for sale/auction: An original, EXTREMELY hard to find early press SPELLING ERROR label lp album "THE BEATLES SECOND ALBUM" , a 1st pressing with the label misprint "I call YOU name" (should of course be "I call YOUR Name")! Many are aware of the commonly found error labels without some of the song time lengths on this album. This is MUCH rarer EARLY FIRST PRESS featuring labels with a rookie spelling error!! Only a handful of these spelling error pressings have surfaced! The Capitol graphics department must have had a new guy on that day who's work will be forever memorialized with this rare SPELLING ERROR and also the MISSING TIME LENGTHS.  These MISSING TIME LENGTH pressings are common and NOT that rare. Some of the re-issues have missing time lengths. THIS is the rarest bird!  The boss couldn't ignore the glaring spelling error so they had to correct it, quickly.  This "I call YOU name" pressing also has only ONE missing song length on the "I call YOU name" track.

Released April 10th 1964 by Capitol records ST 2080 stereo, this EARLY PRESS SPELLING ERROR album features The Beatles renditions of Chuck Berry and Little Richard tunes plus She Loves You, Smokey Robinsons "You really got a hold on me","the Motown classics "Money","Please Mr. Postman" and MORE!!

The vinyl grades only GOOD at best, has many marks on both sides, however it HAS been PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish with no skips, no jumps!, some light surface noise, a few errant pops,  still enjoyment in the sound quality even as bad as it looks. Deadwax stamp reads side one ST-1-2080-A3 #4 and the same triangle symbol. Side two ST-2-2080-A1 #2 and the same triangle symbol. The cover rates VG, is clean, no stains, no writing or signatures, no stickers, has some edge wear, binder edge is neatly repaired with non-yellowing tape, top has a partial split that has also been taped, some age discoloration and yellowing. (see photos) Includes the vintage Capitol printed inner sleeve in good condition (partial splits taped). There is NO RESERVE PRICE!
