X’s second album Wild Gift jumps out of the speakers, immediately grabbing the listener’s attention, and still sounds like it was recorded just the other day. Why? The crisp, bare-bones, but clear production by ex-Doors keyboardist Ray Manzarek (who produced each of X’s first four Lps, all classics) is one factor, as is the very best set of songs that bassist/singer John Doe and vocalist Exene Cervenka composed, all featuring their distinctive vocal harmony blend.
-Description- ALL VINYL ULTRASONICALLY CLEANED Grading Vinyl/Cover Vinyl in very good to VG+ condition, can see light marks. Cover shows wear from use along edges, some ring wear, also VG/VG+. Please see photos and feel free to ask questions.
