Followers of early 805 melodic hard rock with female vocals like The Last Adam, Living Sacri?ce Band or Servant should lend an ear to this sharp Ohio custom record. Fresh Start is essentially Paul and Andrea Newbauer, together with four supporting musicians. Paul produced the recording and contributes drums, percussion and acoustic guitar, while Andrea supplies lead vocals and keyboards. They also wrote all the songs. Patmos guitarist Larry Cook gets some loud rocking opportunities on titles like ‘Could This Be The Day’, ‘Trial By Fire’ and ‘The Riddle’. Several nice middle-ground tracks and ballads as well. Great cover painting of sunbeam shining down on a cross in a snow-covered woods.
