NEAR MINT (NM) -  the vinyl one or two times played. Vinyl is clean.
EXCELLENT+ (EX+) -  the vinyl about five times played. Vinyl is clean.
EXCELLENT (EX) -  the vinyl about ten times played. Light noise (if the 1950 - 1960 years of publication vinyl) or very light scratches from sleeve.
VERY GOOD+ (VG+) -  the vinyl more then ten times played. Normal noise (if the 1950 - 1960 years of publication vinyl) or few no deep scratches.
VERY GOOD (VG) -  the vinyl more then twenty times played. A lot of noise (if the 1950 - 1960 years of publication vinyl)  or clicks on scratches. No skips and no jumps.
