This is an excellent album from the Punk Era.
This is the original 1978 vinyl LP Germ free Adolescents by X-Ray Spex - The record code is EMI STEREO INS 3023.
I have just listened to this recording and it plays very well with hardly any crackle. 
The album sleeve is also in good shape especially considering the it's over 40 years old. The Inner sleeve is the original with all the lyrics printed on it. 
Please note that this record is from my personal collection, is used and that I'm not a record dealer.
