- Record: VG+VG++ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Wear on both sides around the center hole)
- Sleeve: VG+VG (Crease on both sides from record. Tiny crease at corners. Angle crease at top left corner. Some tiny tears along the top open edge. Bit of surface off on back near both side edges)
