Description

'Omniverse’, is the second release from JG Thirlwell's synthesizer-based project Xordox. Omniverse merges science fiction, crime noir and epic film score elements in a highly evocative and audacious style. Layers of tense sequencing and noir tinged keyboard lines invoke powerful images of films and memory, screens and speakers, sound and space, all entering the cosmos and the subsequent galactic race. Like all of Thirlwell’s output, it is simply one hell of an enjoyable journey to take.


Please note, the vinyl contains a shorter version of the track 'Oil Slick', due to the medium's time constraints. The track is in its full 13 minute glory on the MP3 of the album, which is included via a digital download card.
