The Yardbirds


Original 1965 German EP


This is the very highly prized original 1965 monaural

German EP by the Yardbirds featuring their

classic hits For Your Love (Eric Clapton on guitar)

and Heart Full of Soul (Jeff Beck on guitar).

It was on the German CBS label, and the b-sides are

Honey in Your Hips and Boom Boom.


The laminated color picture sleeve is great and has

the striking overhead shot of Beck, Keith Relf,

Paul Samwell-Smith, Chris Dreja and Jim McCarty.


The sleeve is in true VG+ condition, 

and looks terrific, with just a very faint

touch of wear around the edges and corners.


The record itself is VG+ and plays thru beautifully, with

just some scant pops at the quiet parts.

The original mono on all the songs is truly awesome,

and the vinyl looks great.


The record still has its original black plastic adapter

(German and Swiss 45s in those days were always sold

with these adapters already inserted.)
