Five Live Yardbirds

UK COLUMBIA (MONO 33SX 1677) FIRST PRESSING (December 1964)
Recorded at the Marquee Club, London on 13 March 1964
FROM THE SAME COLLECTION OF EARLY '60s RECORDS I AM CURRENTLY LISTING

Cut at a Marquee Club show in 1964, Five Live Yardbirds was the first important live album to come out of the 1960s British beat boom.
In terms of the performance captured and the recording quality, it was also the best such live record of the entire middle of the decade and the original LP has astonishingly good sound

LABELS: EXCELLENT+
Clean, unmarked labels - moderate spindle traces
VINYL Visual: EXCELLENT
Both surfaces shine like-new with nothing but light and superficial harmless marks
VINYL Audio: NEAR MINT
My play-check at volume found nothing to fault the strong, loud, clear and sharp MONO cut - a superb sounding copy which would be pretty hard to beat
SLEEVE: VERY GOOD
Deep gloss to the front laminate - some grubbiness to the white back/spine but no splits or damage
