I am privately selling off my personal collection I have collected over 35 years. Much of my collection has been obtained from TV and Radio Station Music Liberaries as well as Music Reviewers and Journalists, so many are in STUNNING!! 1964 UK Original 45RPM 7" Single with Columbia Company Sleeve
Released in the UK October 1964, The Yardbirds' second single features Good Morning Little Schoolgirl a rework of a 1937 recording by John Lee Williamson on the A-side with I Ain't Got You on the B-side . As Clapton, Dreja, McCarty, and Relf have said the Yardbirds could never quite replicate their raw and powerful live act in the studio, which lead to commercial-sounding songs like Good Morning Little Schoolgirl. However, I Ain't Got You is a great song far more intense and raw sounding. Clapton, as usual, shines and Relf's harmonica really drives the song forward. The single showcased the contrast between the band's raw live power and their more polished studio sound, frustrating Clapton and highlighting the band's commercial turn.
