Description

Here is another selection from a collection of original 50s/60s LPs.

This is the UK original Columbia Black/Blue label of the Yardbirds LP, AKA Roger The Engineer

Again, I shall assume if you are reading this then you know what you are looking at, so straight to the relevant details.

Columbia SX 6063 Mono

Matrix numbers:

Side 1: XAX 3126-1. 

Side 2: XAX 3127-1

The Garrod & Lofthouse "Patents Pending" flipback sleeve has very faint rubbing to the opening. Other than this, it is excellent. The laminate is fully intact. The spine is intact, clean and clearly readable and the flipbacks are very well preserved.

The labels have some spindle traces, but are very clean with no stickers/marks/writing. 

The vinyl, I opine, is visually excellent. It retains a lustrous finish, with a couple of very faint hairlines. Side two has a small scuff which does not sound AT ALL. I have played the album all the way through, and it plays beautifully.

The record will be very securely packed in a box mailer with lots of extra padding.
