YARDBIRDS etc RARE BEAT EP ON THE SCENE 1964 COLUMBIA SEG 8413 

CHEROKEES + CHEYNES + DOWNLINERS SECT+ YARDBIRDS - RARE EP   

On offer is the ON THE SCENE WITH… GEORGIE FAME / THE CHEROKEES / YARDBIRDS / DOWNLINERS SECT / THE CHEYNES / ANIMALS…  EP released in the UK on COLUMBIA         SEG 8413 in 1964. 

Tracks are - Baby Let Me Take You Home - The Animals / I Wish You Would - The Yardbirds / Respectable - The Cheynes / Do Re Mi - Georgie Fame and The Blue Flames / Seven Daffodils - The Cherokees / Baby What’s Wrong - Downliners Sect.

This scarce EP is in the following condition:-

v  The vinyl is visually in LOVELY EX+/EX condition and it plays EX throughout. It has one very small mark on The Cheynes track Respectable – but this does NOT affect play in any way and is only minor.

v  The disc has lovely clear labels and clean vinyl and has NO writing or ink marks on it.

v  The laminated front cover of the picture sleeve is in SUPERB EX+/EX condition – it has NO seam splits / writing or ink marks of any kind – and just some minor ring-wear only.  The back cover (non-laminated) is also in LOVELY condition (the pictures of the groups are very clean and the sleeve is very clean etc.   

Overall this is SUPERB EX+/EX example of this scarce beat group compilation EP from 1964 –which features some groups and tracks that are not easy to find on 45 or on original 1960s vinyl these days.
