Description
Yaz Gunesi means "summer sun". This is one of those kind of LPs the labels used to patch up compiling some of their material as a show for their various releases. This is from the reputable label "Yonca" (read as yondja) and features gems by Ozdemir Erdogan, Zafer Dilek, Onno Tunç and many others. Among some nice but normal instrumental stuff there are some smashing tunes here, in jazz, Anadolu Rock and even afro-funk styles (Osibisa and Manu Dibango were huge in Turkey at the time!.. so you need some of that!) all done by local musicians. Interesting stuff really. Cover is VG to VG+. Disc is a nice VG. No deep scratches, many hairlines but surface has somehow and luckily has not been worn much, it's nice and as you can hear below it plays very strong with occasional surface noise. Listen!
