The most incredible, ferocious 11 & a half minutes ever! 
This comes with original lyric sheet but NOT the original sticker.
Recently played and sounds fine; you will hear some pops & crackles due to age. Outer sleeve shows mild wear, very minor ring wear, and one seam is separating (see picture).
note: the actual recording has always sounded crappy and is NOT a defect.
