Very Scarce Original 1973 U.K. Atlantic 1st Pressing 'Yessongs' by Yes!!!  Incredibly Rare UK Triple Vinyl 1st Press with A1//B1-C1//D1-E1//F1 Matrix And 1st Press '4-Page' 'Single Wide Spine' Robor Sleeve!!!  Complete with Booklet and All 3 'Yes Logo' Incredibly Rare Inner Sleeves!!!

You are bidding on the incredibly rare 1st ever UK pressing of this classic triple album by Yes!!! It is important to note that this is the earliest UK 1st pressing with the original A1//B1 C1''D1 E1//F1 Matrix, the Original Booklet and 'Yes Logo' Inner Sleeves and Very Importantly, the earliest 1st press 'Single Spine' 1st press Robor Sleeve. Virtually ALL later copies of this LP came with the double spine sleeve which is MUCH MORE COMMON!!! This is the original 'wide single spine' sleeve which holds the discs and the booklet in 4-'pages'!!! What's more - this record comes complete with its original booklet and its original 1st press inner sleeves each with printed 'Yes' Logos!!! These inner sleeves were only made with this original 1st press - all later copies of this album just came with plain white inner sleeves. Finding the correct 'printed logo' inner sleeves is incredibly difficult!! Not only that - but these are in superb unblemished condition!!!! A fine example of an album that is very hard to find complete and it its earliest 1st press format! I

The first thing you notice about these true 1st press discs are their incredible weight, thickness and stiffness!!!! Each disc almost feels like the weight and thickness of 2 records!!! All but the very 1st pressings had this amazing thickness and stiffness!!! All later pressings (even later 1st pressings with 1st press matrix) were normal thickness and very flexible. The Classic 1st press Green/Orange Atlantic centre labels (this record was never issued on plum/orange labels) are in Ex condition!!! They have NO Tears, NO Scribbles. NO lifting or Bubbling, NO Grubbyness and NO unwanted writing of any kind to whatsoever!!! The thick & chunky super heavy UK 1st press discs are also in STUNNING condition!!! They have NO Scratches, NO Groove-wear and NO warping - if held up close to a window you are just able to make our the occasional lightest wispy hairline or two, simply caused by removing the discs from their inner sleeves. And that's it!!! Each record still retains ALL its original gloss and shine and has NO dulling and NO nasty greying of the grooves (groovewear)!!!  For a true earliest UK 1st Press to look & play like this is extremely rare!!! Each thick quality pressed chunky vinyl looks and feels great (it is very heavy!) This record easily grades as Excellent+ even by our own strict grading standards (most would grade a solid Mint or Nr Mint). The MEGA RARE Robor 1st Press 'Single Wide Spine' sleeve is in superb condition!!! These sleeves suffered considerably with edge wear seam wear, spine wear and especially ring wear over the years. I can happily say that his one, although not mint, is one of the best you will find of this true 1st press sleeve, it has retained its beautiful brown satin sheen and displays superbly. Firstly it is important to note that it has retained all of its original stiffness (not gone floppy and lifeless like most around today) and has NO Tears, and NO unwanted writing or scribbling of any kind anywhere!!!  Secondly, there is virtually NONE of the ring wear you will normally see on this sleeve, just a very light line on the front cover!!! The original 1st press wide spine has also fared fairly well with mint legible spine text, however there is a small lift (approx 2-3 cm) part way along one edge of the spine. Not a major problem, but worth mentioning. Each 'page' displays perfectly, with no blemished or grubbyness. The seams are all tight and intact. There is some light corner wear as you would expect with this sleeve. All in all, a superb example of this very rare sleeve that easily grades as excellent(-)!!! Believe me, like all my other records this is in no way over-graded!!! A truly superb example of an incredibly rare sleeve!!! The original booklet is in incredible excellent condition with no grubbyness, creases or unwanted scribbles etc. The staples are nice and tight, giving it all of its original 'booklet' feel.  The mega rare inner sleeves with printed logos are all nice and crisp with no grubbyness, staining or discolouration!!! It is also very important to note that none of the sleeve have seam wear or splits, all have mint seams and opening edges with no tears, nicks etc. These very rare original inners all grade as Excellent +!!! A truly stunning copy of a very rare earliest UK 1st press record and a classic must-have album for any high-grade psych/prog collection. An absolutely essential (and massively rare) UK 1st pressing!!! Don't miss this one!!!

Postage ... Hazey Jane has absolutely NO hidden surcharges; the price you win is the price you pay, just add the relevant postage, it's as simple as that! We always combine postage so if you win more than 1 auction you save money on postage costs! We will only ship to non-UK countries via Airmail - we do not use surface mail, it is way too slow and thus increases the risk of records being damaged during transit.

A little note about insurance - Please read carefully... If the value of your record(s) is over £30, your invoice will include an insured option. Being the responsible adults you are, it is entirely up to you to take this up  - we strongly advise you to do this but will not hassle you about it. You either add the required insurance or you don't. If you do add the required insurance and your record is lost/damaged, you will get a refund. Refunds & Feedback ... Please read this carefully ... We try to give you the best quality examples of rare records available. However, there will always be somebody out there whose expectations far exceed UK record collector grading standards.  If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your record or our grading of it please refer to the UK Record Collector Grading Chart very carefully BEFORE emailing us. We strictly adhere to it and will only offer refunds (minus the postage AND our eBay costs) if we are satisfied that we have fallen below UK record collector grading standards. This will very rarely, if ever, happen. We will not be impressed with buyers disputing our gradings without even bothering to check the UK record collector grading standards chart first - you have been warned ...

Buyers who continually Haggle, Whine and Moan to try to decrease the price they won their auctions for will be blocked from bidding on future auctions and can toodle off down to HMV or Virgin where they can harass the counter staff there.

We will always leave feedback upon receipt of feedback. In an ideal world we would like to leave feedback as soon as the record has been shipped but due to feedback blackmail in the past (i,e, ",,,I want a partial refund or I will leave negative feedback") we have opted to take this measure. Contact must be made within 3 days of winning the auction. If payment has not been received after 10 days a non paying bidder alert will be placed.
