This record is in very good condition. It has faint spindle marks and rubbing visible on the labels but no pen marks, scuffs or fading. There is minor wear around the centre holes but they are not loose and overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything remotely deep or nasty serious but there is light surface lines and faint sleeve marks/scuffs visible on both sides. These and also some more wispy lines are clearly evident under bright light but there is again nothing deep or nasty. Overall this vintage used record is free of really major marks or defects, still has a nice lustre but has light lines and sleeve marks evident.
I play tested the record and plays well overall. There are no skips, sticks or loud severely disruptive clicks and in my opinion the audio is certain grade of VG. Saying this however it is not pristine. There is the occasional splutter, minor amount of surface noise in places and occasional light tick in the much quieter sections of some audio. There is nothing that is hugely disruptive however and despite not being 100% perfect I still enjoyed each track on both sides.
The textured gatefold sleeve is in very good condition. It has some light rubbing and wear to the edges and corners(pics) but the text along the spine is still all legible. There are no splits, tears or pen marks anywhere and overall the sleeve remains strong. There is however some light fading to each side and also a small scuff on the rear in the top right corner. There is no major ring marks or creasing though and inside the gatefold looks great. Overall a strong sleeve with only light signs of age but with the small scuff on the rear as mentioned. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains its original green lyric inner but this is fragile with wear to all the edges and a large split on the bottom edge unfortunately. I will therefore send the record in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure no further wear occurs to the original.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
