THE COVER AND OBI ARE IN NEAR MINT (THE "HOJYUHYO" IS FULLY INTACT). THE RECORD IS VERY NICE AND NEAR MINT COPY. THE ORIGINAL SLEEVE AND THE JAPANESE INSERT ARE BOTH INTACT AND IN NEAR MINT CONDITION.
