USA FIRST PRESSING VINYL ALBUM ON THE 1841 BROADWAY LABEL, IN TEXTURED GATEFOLD SLEEVE WITH LYRIC INNER SLEEVE.

There are thousands of copies of this LP knocking around, but the only ones worth owning and hearing are the UK 1st pressing (A1/B1 stampers) and the USA George Piros mastered 1st pressing on 1841 Bdwy labels (this one).  Both masterings are excellent, and Yes fans tend to keep one of each.  All later pressings and releases are vastly inferior to these two, lacking the dynamics and punch that Yes albums of this period contained.  The CD issues all sound overly compressed with no bottom end.  Most copies of this album are well-played and fit only for the trash can, but this one is a superb, on decent weight vinyl for the period, and is a little played copy with incredible sound and dynamics.

MATRIX:  SIDE A:  ST-A 722619AAA-1-111 AT/GP PR /  SIDE B:  ST-A-722620+  = DJ II-1 AT/GP PR.

SLEEVE: VERY GOOD+, JUST LIGHT SHELF, RING AND EDGE WEAR. SOME SCUFF DAMAGE TO TOP CORNER OF SPINE ON REAR.  INNER SLEEVE IS VERY GOOD+ WITH NO SEAM SPLITS FOR ONCE.

DISC: EXCELLENT MINUS. NO SCRATCHES, JUST A FEW LIGHT HAIRLINES. CLEAN LABELS.  THIS IS A LOVELY COPY THAT HAS NOT BEEN PLAYED MORE THAN ONCE OR TWICE, IF THAT.
