RECORD IS IN BRILLIANT  NEAR MINT CONDITION

SLEEVE IS ALMOST PERFECT AND UNMARKED, LIGHT WEAR ON THE BOTTOM EDGE WITH A VERY SMALL STICKER ON THE REAR SLEEVE (TOP LEFT).

FOR THIS REASON I CAN'T GRADE AS MINT BUT EXCELLENT++ CONDITION
