'ITS THE VINYL COUNTDOWN'
Welcome to 'Its the vinyl countdown' music auctions. Here you will find some of the most incredible rare records and music memorabilia for your collection. We pride ourselves on auctioning only the highest grade records and items, you will not see anything listed here below EX+ condition, unles the item is extremely rare. You will not see worn covers, warped records or scratched records. We simply do not bother with them.
We list in many cases, 'Archived' & 'mint' condition items, we are able to source from private collections all over the UK. So we hope you can be put at ease that what you are bidding on is of the highest quality.
We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status! Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... As you can see, this vinyl is the ORIGINAL 1st UK PRESSING With the original first edition labels- Stored from new this LP remains in pristine condition.
ARCHIVED FROM NEW WITH BARELY ANY PLAY AT ALL
IT REALLY DOES PLAY INCREDIBLE..WITH JUST THE ODD HINT OF ANY STATIC-
This pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age.
There are a few light whisp lines -and thats it- nothing else! Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years, a few little dust specs are on the vinyl when we slid out the vinyl.
Just a couple of tiny spider lines around the centre hole-
IT REMAINS IN SUPERB PLAY CONDITION. There is some dust on the vinyl where it has stood for so long untouched!
On playing through we heard nothing in the dead grooves bar the tiniest of static in the dead grooves and some tiny static in afewe places along the way...the whole LP sounds superb.
OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

This is in superb condition, quite amazing how it has survived so clean.. Most copies we see have bad white rubbing on the edges..but not this one
JUST SOME LIGHT RUB SPOTS ON THE EDGES AND SPINE IN A FEW TINY PLACES ONLY -nothing to worry over here at all
THE INKS ARE MAGNIFICENT..
No powdery white ringwear - OR ring press, and all edges are super crisp.
The tiniest of tip rub
Both spine edges are totally unmarked with no wear, or damage. Just the tiniest rub top and bottom
the open out of the tri- gatefold is astonishing. We cannot add any more than this! Asides from the light crease on the panels (which due to the design is totally unavoidable-hence why there are not many bands with tri-fold sleeves around at all) the three panels are magnificent
OVERALL..A REAL BEAUTY! A better example you will be hard to find!
