YES L.A. 1979 Dangerhouse EW-79 ORIGINAL Punk/New Wave EP Nice

This is my cherished copy of YES L.A., which I bought at Poo-Bah Records in Pasadena in 1979 when it was first released.

This is a really nice example of this classic punk EP. The disc itself is in excellent condition. The plastic sleeve is the original, and is also in pretty good shape considering its age. The sleeve has light surface wear overall, but you really have to look up close to see it, and there's nothing that significantly detracts from the item's overall appearance. There is only one small seam split at the very bottom, and three areas where it looks like the plastic had some pressure exerted to it (see photos), but examining these blemishes as closely as I can, only the one at 1 o'clock appears to have resulted in an actual hole in the plastic, and in none of these instances did the record underneath get marred. The cardboard insert is also original and is completely un-creased. The metal foil seal on the back is intact, and again, it looks pretty good, considering the number of times I've opened and closed it.

I have to say, I did not notice that seam split at the bottom until I went to take photos of the record. Because of that split, I intend to ship the record in its own separate sleeve, so that split will not get any worse, and so that the other seams don't get new splits. I want you to get this record in the exact same condition it is right now.

I also didn't know until I started researching the other day that this record had been re-released recently. Hopefully, though, there are some collectors that are still interested in owning a nice copy of the Dangerhouse original.

I have made mp3s of this disc, and upon request, I will let you hear exactly how it plays. No serious audiophile will be disappointed with this record.
