YES LA BAGS GERMS ALLEY CATS BLACK RANDY PUNK DANGERHOUSE LP 1979. The record is enclosed in plastic with a silver round seal on the back. I do not know if the record came like this originally or if this was done later, however I am not going to break the seal. The 12' clear colored vinyl record appears to be in very good condition with light surface marks from what I can see through the plastic.
