Description

YES  LP RELAYER - This is a US STEREO first pressing from 1974 on the ATLANTIC ROGER DEAN label.  CAT# SD19135.  It's from the Presswell Pressing Plant.  For me, this was always my favorite of the early Yes LPs.  It has a lot more going on in the music, and at the time these songs saw almost no radio play.  The constant playing of Roundabout and other Yes songs at the time, may have ruined them for me.  For prog fans, though, it's hard to beat the trilogy of Fragile, Close to the Edge, and this.  This copy is stamped in the runout with PORKY.  PORKY pressings designate that this coup was mastered by George Peckham.  He was one of the great mastering engineers of his time.  A quick google search will tell you the kind of career he had.
COVER VG++ The cover is overall a looker.  Its beautiful.  It does have a very small amount of ring wear on the top front and back, and the top spine is a touch soft.  The colors are vivid, and the inside gatefold is in fantastic shape too.

VINYL  - VG++ -  Still has full gloss.  Looks and plays great.
INNER--- This copy has the printed lyrics inner.  There's some handling on this, as well as scotch tap securing the bottom and one side seam.

Recorded on Eddie Offord's mobile equipment in England during the late summer and autumn 1974
